The team behind your plan
We may be a small team, but that’s one of our greatest strengths. At Factor, you’ll build relationships with all of us, not just your planner.
We work together every day, sharing knowledge, challenging ideas and supporting one another to deliver thoughtful, joined-up advice and service for the people we look after.
The result is a genuinely personal experience, where you’re welcomed by name, supported by familiar faces and looked after by a team that knows you - not a business that simply knows your account number.

Sam has worked in financial services since 2006, providing holistic advice to clients through many different stages of life.
He has played a central role in designing and delivering financial guidance sessions in collaboration with the Infected Blood Compensation Authority. As a haemophiliac whose own family was affected by contaminated blood, this work is deeply personal and shapes his commitment to clarity, dignity and compassion in every client relationship.
Sam believes financial planning should feel personal, thoughtful and genuinely helpful - giving clients confidence and peace of mind when making important decisions about their future.
Sam is a Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys playing padel, spending time with his young family, and remains actively involved in the haemophilia community—an important part of his life both personally and professionally.
